Before graduating in May of 2020, I will have met all of the expectations for the West Fargo Public Schools Profile of a Graduate. The purpose of this webpage is to provide artifacts and reflections on the following characteristics:

• Collaboration: I have worked with others, resolving controversy and conflict through successful negotiation.

• Communication: I have connected and shared ideas, selecting an appropriate format to express thoughts and ideas with integrity, and exhibit digital citizenship.

• Compassion: I have demonstrated my understanding of the complexities of cultures and global issues and seen viewpoints beyond my own in order to positively impact the world.

• Creativity: I have taken risks to develop and revise ideas.

• Critical Thinking: I have systematically gone beyond knowledge reproduction to reason, organize, summarize, interpret, analyze, and synthesize information in ways that generate new understanding.

• Reflection: I have taken ownership in my learning by being empowered to take multiple pathways to demonstrate understanding and mastery.

• Resilience: I have persisted on the path toward physical and mental wellness despite impediments and challenges by defining and developing solutions to existing or future problems.

• Responsibility: I have been actively engaged in my learning and demonstrated responsibility, organization, and perseverance.
